Return & Cancellation

No cash refund shall be given in any case, but In-store credit shall be given to the customer. In store credit means an amount shall be credited to the account of customer(excluding taxes and shipping charges), and the same shall be used by the customer for making their next online purchase on the website. If the customer does not have an account on the website, the same shall be created for getting the in store credit.

Items must be returned within 7 working days after the delivary of the product. The returned items should be in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. The original freight charges will not be reimbursed.

The exchange of the product will take place within 10-15 working days.

Cancellation of order is not allowed after the shipping of the product.
